Return & Exchange Policy
All Return and Exchange are completely FREE and No charge needs to be borne by the customer. Shipping usually takes 5-10 days from the date of order placed.
Return Policy:
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Big&Bold, you can return the product to us within 10 Days of Delivery. Returns are applicable only in the case when the size doesn’t fits in or we have by mistake delivered a wrong size or you are not satisfied with the the product.

- Once the return in requested, we will make sure that the product is picked up within 1-3 days.
- Please note that refund will be processed within 15 days from the date of return pick-up.
- The parcel should be in its original packaging and box as received along with all the trims & accessories (back support, clips, tags, laces, etc.) with the original invoice. Worn or damaged products will not be accepted.
- If the tag seal that loops around the label is broken, then the return will not be accepted.
- At the time of returning order, you also can ship the products back to our warehouse. In this case, please pack the products carefully and put one copy of invoice inside the box along with the products. Make sure you write our complete warehouse address on the packet along with the phone number.
For Exchange:
- For returns regarding to Size Issues, you can write to us at help.thebigbold@gmail.com or Call US/WhatsApp Us: +91-9975503893. You can return the order and get it REPLACED with the right size.
- You need to raise a request for replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- If the tag seal that loops around the label is broken, then the return will not be accepted, and no exchange shall be processed.
